OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Scope:

. To read the CP terms during fixture and ensure voyage orders and charterers requests comply with Charter Party terms

. Handling of post fixture operational matters for all chartered vessels as per CP

. Monitor each vessel's schedule and itinerary, preparing for operational events.

. Liaising with agents for surveys, bunkers and various loading and discharging matters.

. Collaborate with insurance companies, ship management companies, lawyers, and other relevant parties to resolve daily incidents and issues.

. Helping in operational related admin & accounting works

. Any other duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

. Knowledge of Charter Parties an added advantage

. No experience required but those with 1-2 years experience in dry bulk most favourable.

. Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies preferred.

. Self motivated with good integrity a plus.

. Possess Initiative and able to work pro-actively with little supervision.

. Good working attitude and keen to learn.
