Job Summary
Operations Executive for Big-Foot Medicare is responsible for coordinating and assisting day-to-day operations of transportation. This includes scheduling, dispatching, compliance, vehicle readiness, and personnel coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and timely transport. The ideal candidate should have good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle administrative duty of multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
. Assist with daily scheduling and dispatching of transport vehicles and drivers.
.Responsible for first point of contact with hotline calls and all enquiries.
. Assist with timely and safe transportation.
.Responsible to respond to occurrence happening on the ground.
. Coordinate with clients and internal departments for transport requests.
. Assist with fleet readiness, maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance
with regulatory and safety standards.
. Maintain updated records for drivers, vehicles, and transport logs
(eg. trip sheets, checklists, customer information).
. Assist with onboarding, rostering of drivers and attendants.
. Assist with incidents, accidents, any delays, and report to Manager
. Prepare and submit regular reports on transport activities and resource usage.
. Coordinate procurement of supplies and manage inventory.
. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time

Requirements:
. Fresh grad may be considered
. Experience in healthcare industry will be advantageous.
. Knowledge on medical equipment will be advantageous.
. Must have EMT certification OR nursing qualifications. (enrolled or registered nurse with valid practicing certificate with SNB)
Working hours:
. 5.5 days work week
. 9am to 6pm, Mon to Fri
. 9am to 1pm, Sat
