Operations Executive

Location: East

Salary: up to $3500

Working hours: Mon-Fri, Office hours

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our East region facilities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards

• Supervise and coordinate a team of frontline staff, providing guidance, support and performance feedback

• Manage onboarding for new hires, assist with orientation briefings together with manager.

• Conduct site walkabouts to ensure employees are present at their workstations and comply with PPE and safety requirements.

• Maintain accurate attendance records and operational documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

• Assist with the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing, logistics or operations environment

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail
