Operations Executive (Marine & Offshore)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle vessel requisitions for provisions and catering supplies
• Liaise with suppliers to source quotations and ensure quality standards
• Process purchase orders in line with requirements and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors, agents, and stakeholders for timely delivery
• Track orders from confirmation to delivery, resolving any issues
• Maintain proper documentation and provide operational updates

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in maritime operations, procurement, or logistics
• Experience in ship chandling or vessel supply is advantageous
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
