Job Description
- In-charge of day-to-day operations of security personnel to the allocated sites
- Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP
- Handle workplace investigation, grievance, and discipline
- Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with PWM requirement
- Prepare weekly reports
- Basic Site Risk assessment
- Maintain a reliable pool of Relief Officers
- Other ad hoc by the Management
Job Requirements:
- Minimun SS Rank & above
- Valid PLRD Licence
- Min 2 years of working experience in the security industry
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Class 3 Licence is advantageous
