Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Operations professional to manage and support security operations across multiple sites. This role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining service standards, and supporting both clients and ground teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily deployment and operations of security personnel across assigned sites
- Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and company standards
- Conduct site visits, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports, including After Action Reports (AAR)
- Support training, briefing, and supervision of security officers
- Handle client feedback, operational issues, and staff matters
- Assist in manpower planning, rostering, and recruitment
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, licensing, and PWM requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the security industry
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid PLRD licence (SS and above preferred)
- With a Class 3 Driving License
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work independently and manage multiple sites
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
