. Responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership, strategic and confidential information and initiatives
. Responsible for daily operational duties of our trading business.
. Liaise with business development team, attend customer's enquiries and requests with high level of efficiency and professionalism and timely response.
. To maintain all the administrative documents and categorize, file and keep the documents properly.
. To generate sales orders and invoices in a good manner and well maintain relevant information in system.
. To do other ad-hoc tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the business.
. Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
. Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/transporter on day to day issues, order planning to meet customer's shipment delivery / collection requirements.
. Manage inventory and procurement and supplies.
. Knowledge of warehouse management operations and inventory control methods in a fast-paced environment.
. Insightful of logistics performance matrices, Inventory management and third party fulfilment
. Well verse with international standard compliance, certifications and labels
. Strong knowledge in all areas of import / export, regulatory and logistics management
. Defines roles & responsibilities, plans for department's future needs and operations, counsel's employees on performance
. Work with client and departmental staff to assure operational effectiveness, adherence to policies and procedures and maximization of flow of all incoming and outgoing material.
. Should be able to work in any shifts and in split shifts and in rotational holidays, should be flexible.
