Operations Executive (Warehousing solution/ logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure effective resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with the Customer Service team to maintain high service standards and positive customer experience.

• Process credit notes and claims in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Liaise with internal departments to validate, investigate, and resolve issues related to claims and credit notes.

• Oversee and administer customer and vendor contracts to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.

• Coordinate with Operations and Procurement teams on contract renewals and negotiations when required.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

• Lead and support continuous improvement projects to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records for operational processes and transactions.

• Prepare periodic reports on operations, customer service performance, and key metrics for management review.

• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations and customer service.

• Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and present findings to management.

• Arrange and participate in meetings with external agencies to address operational and compliance matters.

• Maintain effective communication and follow up with agency representatives to ensure timely actions.

• Support preparations for ISO audits by ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to compile and maintain audit documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any related fields.

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in logistics/ warehousing companies.

• Able to work under minimal supervision
