Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipments with customers, suppliers, vessel parties, surveyors, forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
• Execute shipments in line with SOPs, including issuing shipping instructions and arranging vessel nominations.
• Prepare, review, and control shipping and trade documentation.
• Compile and verify LC document sets and liaise with banks as required.
• Maintain accurate contract and shipment records update internal systems promptly.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and timely settlement of freight, cargo, and operational charges.
• Monitor shipment progress, troubleshoot exceptions, and communicate status updates and delays.
• Support month-end closing and other tasks assigned by Traders / Operations.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience.
