Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily logistics operations and ensure efficient delivery fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily delivery operations and driver deployment
- Plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure timely fulfilment
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues promptly
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Track and update delivery status, reports, and operational records
- Handle escalations, customer feedback, and service recovery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Support warehouse coordination and inventory movement when required
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. Excel, systems tracking)
