Job Summary

We are seeking an Operation Executive to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include analyzing and competitively bidding for Government Services jobs, port call planning and execution, and providing professional services that exceed our Principal's and ship masters expectations. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Government Services job opportunities and prepare competitive bids to secure contracts that align with business objectives
  • Plan port calls by assessing requirements and aligning with Principal and ship master expectations to ensure smooth operations
  • Execute port call turnaround efficiently to minimize operational costs while maintaining service quality
  • Provide timely and accurate updates on port call progress to all relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and coordination
  • Submit truthful and timely statutory declarations to government agencies including ICA, MPA, Customs, NEA, and security/enforcement bodies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate on-site services and deliveries by attending ships or sites as required to facilitate seamless operations
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with authorized recipients and stakeholders to maintain effective information flow before, during, and after port calls
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local port regulations, industry trends, ISS policies, procedures, and market intelligence to provide expert advice and support decision-making
  • Safeguard the best interests of Principals by proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks
