We are seeking an Operation Executive to join our team.
The primary responsibilities of this role include analyzing and competitively bidding for Government Services jobs, port call planning and execution, and providing professional services that exceed our Principal's and ship masters expectations. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
Port Call Planning/Execution:
Understand port call requirements and Principal/Ship master expectations.
Efficiently execute port call turnaround while minimizing costs.
Regularly update stakeholders on port call progress.
Safeguard the best interests of our Principals.
Effective Communication:
Ensure concise and timely communication with authorized recipients and stakeholders.
Provide routine pre-arrival, progress, and post-call follow-up updates.
Statutory Declarations of a Port Call:
Submit timely and truthful declarations to relevant government agencies.
Coordinate with agencies such as ICA, MPA, Customs, NEA, and security/enforcement agencies.
On-Site Coordination:
Attend ships or sites as required for on-site coordination of services and deliveries.
Provide Local Expert Advice:
Stay updated on port regulations, industry trends, ISS Policies, procedures, and market intelligence.
