Operations Executive (Freight / Shipping)

Job Summary

Be part of a fast-paced logistics team, managing client communications, shipping documentation, and shipment coordination to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and overseas agents.
• Prepare shipping documents such as DO, BL, Arrival Notices, and Invoices.
• Process customs import permit declarations.
• Coordinate deliveries with hauliers and warehouses.
• Resolve shipment and delivery-related issues.
• Support pick-and-pack activities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with shipping documentation such as DO, BL, and import/export procedures is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
