Operations Executive (Financial Services / Loan / SME Finance)

• Basic $3,000 - $4,000 + AWS + VB

• Working Location: Upper Thomson (Sin Ming)

• Working Days: Monday - Friday

• Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in documentation, and process coordination e.g. prepare invoices and service agreements for clients

• Coordinate loan and investment documentation with banks and lenders

• Support operational requests such as valuations and insurance

• Track payments across clients and funding partners

• Support day-to-day operations as the business grows

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields

• 1-2 years of experience in SME financing, fintech, or financial services with basic understanding of loan products and supporting documents is a plus.
