Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of the property including but not limited to all common areas, equipment, public walkways, external facade
Vet and submit recommendations on tenants fitting out works
Handle all incident/ complaintreports involving public or tenants
Ensure consistency and compliance with regulation set by authorities
Plan and implement building preventive/ maintenance programmes, and M&E plant and equipment maintenance programmes
Participate in feasibility studies, spatial and technical coordination on prospects requests for new or existing malls.
Review contract specifications such as cleaning, security, landscaping and make recommendations of upgrading standards
Prepare estimates for repair works, invitations for quotations, recommendations of award, and supervision of completed works
Prepare annual maintenance/expenditure budget.
