Responsibilities
- Processing of purchasing orders and customs permits
- Liaise and coordinate with warehouse, transport and customer on delivery of cargo
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Establish good relations with both customers and suppliers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise with associate
- Alternate 5.5 day work week
