Operations Executive

Job Summary

You will oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring Security Officers perform to professional standards and client expectations. You will engage with clients and site staff to resolve issues, manage rostering, and drive service excellence through proactive communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all assigned sites to ensure smooth and effective security service delivery
• Conduct both announced and unannounced site visits to monitor Security Officers performance and compliance
• Evaluate Security Officers adherence to professional duties to meet client and organizational standards
• Motivate Security Officers to consistently achieve service levels as stipulated in client contracts
• Collaborate proactively with site-in-charges and staff to identify and resolve performance issues promptly
• Liaise with clients to ensure Security Officers are well-informed and oriented on site-specific and organizational requirements
• Organize and participate in ad-hoc client meetings to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Prepare and submit meeting minutes with actionable recommendations to the Director (Operations) for approval
• Respond to internal and external client complaints, incidents, and irregularities by investigating and reporting findings
• Develop and submit corrective action plans to the Director (Operations) for approval or reference
• Manage day-to-day rostering and deployment of Security Officers across assigned sites to optimize coverage and efficiency
