Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and schedule manpower for different sites as per requirements
- Work closely with admin staff and supervisors for overall coordination and evaluation of sites
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Lead-in house training for staff and conduct meetings to maintain consistency and effective communication amongst staff
- Prepare IAQ reports and certificates
- Other duties as assigned by the Management
Preferred Requirements:
- Valid Class 3 Driving License
- At least 1 year of scheduling and manpower management experience
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication, time management, problem solving, leadership, and organization skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Work location: Kaki Bukit
Work hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm
