Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations and play a key role in planning and executing company events.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, execution, and being on the ground to make things happen.

You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate tracking, and successful delivery of events and previews.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Coordination

• Maintain and manage operational trackers, reports, and Excel sheets (attendance, logistics, inventories, schedules, costs, etc.)
• Support internal processes to ensure smooth execution across departments
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders for operational needs

Event Planning & Execution

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events (workshops, previews, internal or external events)
• Be on-site to support events and ensure operations run smoothly
• Handle event logistics including setup, registration, materials, and post-event wrap-up
