Job Summary
As a key member of the Concierge Team, you will manage premium golf booking inquiries and coordinate with partners to deliver precise, high-quality service throughout the client journey.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships by serving as the primary contact for premium golf booking requests and advising on tee-time availability
- Inquiry Resolution: Respond to multi-channel inquiries (calls and emails) promptly and resolve client feedback and requests with a solutions-oriented approach
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with global partners and golf clubs to secure and process customised bookings efficiently
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate booking records and compile performance reports to monitor and uphold service standards
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks to support seamless team operations and service delivery
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum O levels holder
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or premium concierge services is preferred
- Proficiency in a third language is a significant advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by a client-first attitude and effective teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer use
