As an Operations Executive, Cleaning Services, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Supervise day-to-day cleaning activities, ensuring services are delivered on time and meet both company and client expectations.
- Oversee site supervisors and cleaners to ensure smooth operations, including manpower planning, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to achieve high performance while complying with company policies and safety standards.
- Develop strong client relationships, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Perform inspections and conduct safety risk assessments.
- Address on-site issues and incidents, including conflict resolution, service recovery, and preparing incident reports.
- Monitor and control operational budgets, ensuring efficient and cost-effective inventory management.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and tools are properly maintained and fully operational.
- Compile and submit regular operational reports to management.
- Carry out additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
