Operations Executive

We are looking to hire an Operations Executive to join our Retail Sales team, to support our growing retail operations across multiple stores.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role where no two days are quite the same. Once a sale is made, you'll play an important role in making sure everything that follows happens smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the post-sales operational process from order to fulfilment.
• Consolidate, check and reconcile sales data across Shopify, SAP Business One and Salesforce.
• Process orders accurately and ensure information is properly captured across the different systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for delivery, installation and fulfilment.
• Proactively track outstanding orders and resolve discrepancies, cancellations and operational issues.
• Compile sales and operational reports and ensure numbers are accurate and up to date.
• Identify operational gaps and help improve processes as our retail business continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

• Min. Diploma in any discipline
• Prior experience in retail operations, sales operations, order management or fulfilment preferred.
• Meticulous, organised and strong with numbers.
• Familiarity with Shopify, SAP B1, Salesforce and Excel would be beneficial.
• Willing to learn, takes ownership and solutions-oriented.
