Operations Executive

Job Description:
.Oversee daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory activities.

.Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and within agreed service levels.

.Monitor workflow and allocate resources to achieve operational targets.

.Coordinate with customers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders on operational requirements.

.Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.

.Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

.Investigate operational incidents and recommend preventive measures.

.Prepare operational reports, productivity reports, and KPI tracking.

.Analyse operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.

.Support process improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.

.Drive productivity and service excellence within the team.

Requirements
.Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

.Minimum 3 to 5 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.

.At least 1 to 2 years of experience managing frontline operational staff.

.Experience in a 3PL, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment will be an advantage.
