Your Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist in any labor tasks assigned
- Able to handle tools and materials
- Conduct basic quality and testing checks
- Attending to job site troubleshooting repairs and maintenance of all company machinery
- Repair, maintain and overhaul equipment components
- Read and comprehend instructions provided by manufacturers
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and follow all safety rules and regulations
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Carry out putty works, spray paint on various types of equipment
- Wash and clean equipment going in for spray painting
- Preparation work e.g. pasting newspaper, removing stickers & removing old sponges
- Inspect finishing works after spray painting
- Maintain and housekeep the working area
- Ensure all safety measures are complied with within the workshop and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Physically fit to work in warehouse/factory setting
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work OT when company requires more manpower
- Will be trained to operate machines
- Experienced in handling and repairing forklifts
- Have Class 3 Driving License
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in spray painting environment
- Possessing a forklift license will be advantageous
- Able to communicate in English
- Spray painting skill
