Operations Executive

• Handle day to day inventory administration.
• Prepare, update and maintain the inventory records.
• Timely update the stock movements and escalate stock ageing or excessive stocks to Executive/Manager for next action.
• Involve in the cycle count activities.
• Prepare basic analysis related to the inventory movement.
• Any adhoc tasks or projects related to inventory.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma education in any fields.
• Prior experience in logistics or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Meticulous, organized and enjoy the teamwork.
• Able to commit 5 and alternate Saturday (half day).
