Looking for individuals who are willing to:
1. Serve customers with pride and care at Bakery & Cafe setting. One weekend is necessary.
2. Embrace operational efficiency, productivity improvement and promote sales.
3. Promoting the products and presenting value add information (e.g allergy, dietary requirements).
4. Deliver service excellence.
5. Develop and monitor housekeeping and hygiene standards.
6. Inventory management on daily basis.
7. Manage order fulfilment through POS and customer satisfaction.
8. Product knowledge on bread and pastries would be appreciated.
9. Work well with kitchen team (bakers).
10. Provide operational experience for product improvement.
11. Plenty of opportunity to create new products.
12. Quality control the products and processes to ensure its sustainability.
13. Drive process improvement for productivity and efficiency.
14. Contribute operation experience for marketing and branding initiatives.
15. Remuneration commensurate the responsibilities & value-add provided.

19. Familiar with social media, microsoft office software, tech & phone savvy, need to generate report, manage e-commerce sites.
