Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Singapore. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities, including managing processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining compliance with established policies. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, analyzing operational performance, and optimizing workflows. Additional responsibilities include communication with clients and partners, resolving issues, and supporting operational planning and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution and tracking of buy/sell trades

Assist in portfolio rebalancing and post-trade reconciliation

Prepare trade confirmations, statements, and operational documents

Coordinate with vaulting partners on storage and transfers

Support banking transactions and payment tracking

Maintain accurate records and operational logs

Assist with general operational and administrative tasks

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related fields

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Organised, responsible, and able to follow structured processes

Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team

Basic Excel skills and good communication ability

Salary Range:SGD *$3,000 $3,200 per month (commensurate with experience)
