Operations Executive

Your job description involves but not limited to:

. Executing the deployment of security manpower to sites under your responsibility, and planning the roster for their off days and any urgent or medical leave.

. Resolve disciplinary and security operational issues.

. Motivate and train security officers to maintain effectiveness and efficiency of the operations.

. Attend client meetings

. Conduct recruitment of security officers

. Visiting all sites for routine inspection
