OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (AIRFREIGHT)

A & C Freight Services Pte Ltd is a local forwarding agent incorporated in year 2000 specialize in air and sea freight. The company had been well established and is expanding locally and internationally.

Our services include freight , transportation, clearance, local handling, warehousing and etc.

We are operated and located in Free TradeZone at Changi Airfreight Centre. Interested candidates are to email resume to [Confidential Information].

Requirements :

- Min O Level

- Proficient in MS Office

- Good interpersonal skills, responsible and hardworking

- Relevant working experience preferred

- Able to multi-tasks and meet deadline

- Positive attitude and self-motivated

- Mature and able to work confidentially and independently

- Able to work overtime and on weekends if needed

Responsiblities

- In charge day to day airfreight operations including import clearance, export delivery, issuing of airwaybills and etc

- To prepare and submit of permits

- Ensure cargos are uplifted intime

- To coordinate with warehouse staff on cargos delivery

- Submission of CCN and sending of pre-alert to agents

- Pre-lodge documents to terminal website
