Duties:
- Providing administrative support to the operations team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Coordinating logistics and arrangements for events, deliveries, and other operational activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or client-facing role, preferably within the client & sales administration industry
