Operations Excellence Executive (Logistics)

Job Summary:
Responsible for driving process improvement and operational efficiency within logistics operations. This role involves supporting new business setups, collaborating with HQ for process and automation design, and leading cost and performance improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and propose new operating models and cost structures.
• Lead site setup and ensure smooth operational readiness.
• Partner with HQ PI team for process and automation design improvements.
• Create SOPs and ensure operational compliance.
• Support new site stabilization and risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of PI or operational improvement experience in warehousing or transport.
• Business-level English communication skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting ability.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Global logistics experience preferred.
