Operations Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer with a strong background in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. The role involves supporting production operations, managing equipment, and ensuring compliance with GMP standards while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage production equipment such as pH meters, weighing scales, and related systems
• Handle and operate single-use systems (SUS) within manufacturing processes
• Coordinate material readiness and ensure smooth production workflows
• Drive and support Process Qualification (PQ) execution activities
• Assist in DeltaV system operations, including basic troubleshooting and understanding control logic
• Collaborate with production teams using SAP for planning and coordination
• Ensure adherence to GMP standards and regulatory compliance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong exposure to GMP operations and qualification processes
• Hands-on experience with shop floor operations and production equipment
• Familiarity with DeltaV or similar automation systems
• Experience working with SAP for production coordination
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and compliance standards

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to automation and control systems in manufacturing
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement
