With an expanding partner manufacturing network across APAC, they are looking to strengthen their technical team with a hands-on engineering professional.

Brief Overview of the Role

This is a regional Process Engineering role focused on beverage manufacturing and processing within the food and beverage industry. The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing partners across APAC to support production performance, technical problem-solving, process improvement, and project execution. The role will also contribute to new site setup activities, plant assessments, and implementation of product and packaging-related initiatives.

You will be involved in:

• Supporting manufacturing operations across regional partner sites
• Identifying process improvement and cost optimization opportunities
• Troubleshooting production and technical issues
• Supporting commissioning, upgrades, and plant improvement projects
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive execution

This is a Singapore-based regional role with travel across APAC.

Requirements – Ideal Candidate Description

We are looking for a technically strong and practical engineer with solid exposure to beverage manufacturing and processing environments.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Around 4–8 years of experience covering process engineering within the food and beverage manufacturing industry
• Strong background in beverage manufacturing and processing
• Good understanding of liquid production systems, plant operations, and manufacturing workflows
• Experience in process improvement, plant troubleshooting, and operational support
• Exposure to project work such as commissioning, upgrades, plant setup, or expansion initiatives
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality and food safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, or ISO
• Ability to read and understand process layouts / P&IDs and work closely with plant teams on technical matters
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders across functions and locations
• Willingness to travel across the region as part of the role
