Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and system-oriented management professional to join the founding team and oversee the overall operations and management of our Singapore office. This role will be deeply involved in the execution of financial services operations (including foreign exchange, fund management, etc.), connecting front-office business, back-office support, and key clients. It serves as a critical hub for the company's scaling and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the Singapore office and establish/optimize internal processes and management systems.
Ensure cross-functional modules (business, operations, compliance, support, etc.) operate collaboratively and execute efficiently.
Team & Project Management
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, clearly defining roles, objectives, and delivery standards.
Coordinate project timelines and resource allocation to ensure key projects are delivered on schedule and with high quality.
Back Office & Channel Coordination
Liaise with internal and external channels and back-office teams to ensure stable and professional service delivery.
Continuously optimize service workflows to enhance overall delivery efficiency and client experience.
Client Relationship Management
Participate in and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as a critical management and communication interface.
Collaborate with founders to foster long-term cooperation and trust with high-value clients.
Collaboration with Founders
Maintain frequent and high-quality communication with founders, understanding strategic intentions and translating them into actionable plans.
Develop strong synergy in a fast-changing environment to support company strategy and phase-specific objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Management, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience experience in financial services (e.g., FX, fund management, asset management) is preferred.
Proven experience in team and project management, capable of handling multiple tasks and complex collaborations.
Excellent bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, able to communicate professionally and clearly.
Energetic and youthful, yet composed, pragmatic, and results-oriented.
Direct and efficient communication style, with the ability and willingness to drive initiatives to completion.
