Job Summary
As Director of Operations at Aslan SRS Singapore, you will lead security operations locally and drive regional expansion across APAC, managing a diverse team to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all security operations in Singapore, ensuring effective service delivery and operational excellence.
- Drive regional expansion of security services across APAC countries including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and India.
- Direct the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) in Singapore, coordinating close protection operations across APAC, EMEA, and Australasia regions to maintain security standards.
- Manage relationships with top-tier clients such as Google, Apple, Meta, Snapchat, Micron, SETS Singapore, and Atos Singapore, ensuring client KPIs are consistently met.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to monitor and improve client KPIs across main guarding, event security, executive protection, secure logistics, and specialist services.
- Lead and develop a team of 42 security professionals, including senior operation managers, assistant directors, operation managers, security executives, and analysts, to maintain high performance and operational standards.
- Oversee the GSOC team of 6 operators, including assistant manager and team leads, ensuring consistent operations and achievement of KPIs.
- Spearhead strategic planning for regional expansion, establishing scalable and standardized security operations from Singapore to other APAC locations.
- Restructure Singapore security operations by creating an Operations Support Team to streamline processes and foster innovation.
- Manage critical security projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while continuously optimizing operations to align with regional best practices.
