Strengthen collaboration between engineering, project management, procurement, supply chain, and service teams.
Resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflow between departments.
Monitor departmental budgets and operational costs.
Track operational KPIs such as project margins, on-time delivery, production efficiency, and quality performance.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and team leaders.
Build a high-performing operations team and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Support workforce planning and succession development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure proper documentation and governance in project and production processes.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
Minimum 12-15 years of experience in operations, engineering, or project management.
At least 5-8 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple departments.
Experience in engineering, power systems, manufacturing, or industrial equipment sectors preferred.
Strong knowledge of project management, engineering design, and production operations.
