As our operations scale, we are focusing on digital transformation to improve efficiency, workforce coordination, and service delivery.
Role Summary
This role is critical in driving the company's operational efficiency through digitalization and system implementation. The candidate will lead initiatives to streamline manpower deployment, automate workflows, and enhance coordination between operations, clients, and workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Transformation & Systems Implementation
- Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement digital solutions to support manpower scheduling and coordination
- Work with internal teams and external developers to develop or enhance operational systems/apps
- Convert manual processes into automated or semi-automated workflows
- Monitor system performance and continuously improve efficiency and accuracy
2. Operations Optimization & Data Management
- Manage workforce deployment processes across multiple client locations
- Use data to generate reports on manpower utilization, attendance, and operational efficiency
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve productivity and cost control
- Ensure operational processes are standardized and scalable
3. Digital Support for Recruitment & Marketing
- Support online recruitment efforts through digital platforms
- Assist in managing online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram for outreach
- Develop basic digital content to support hiring and business promotion
Requirements
- Experience in operations, system implementation, or process improvement
- Strong understanding of workflow optimization and operational efficiency
- Ability to coordinate between operations, management, and technical teams
- Familiar with digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, project management tools, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
