Operations & Data Support Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations & Data Support Assistant to join our team at Changi Airfreight Centre. The successful candidate will support daily operational reporting, KPI monitoring and data management. You will assist in collecting and analysing operational date, preparing reports and maintaining performance dashboards to support the team in monitoring business performance and improving operational efficiency.

Job Description

• KPI Monitoring: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring operational performance and updating performance records.

• Data Collection & Management: Collect, organise and verify operational data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Dashboard & Report Preparation: Assist in preparing and maintaining performance dashboards and regular reports using relevant data visualisation tools.

• Data Analysis: Review operational data to identify trends, highlight performance gaps and support the preparation of management reports.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with department heads and relevant teams to gather information, follow up on outstanding matters and provide operational reporting support.

• Complaint Follow-up & Escalation: Monitor daily customer and overseas complaints, follow up tp ensure timely resolution and escalate outstanding issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support, data management or operations support would be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.

• Detail-oriented, organised and able to follow up on outstanding matters independently.

Working Hours

5.5 day work week
Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am to 12.00pm
