Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will be the primary link between our clients and our technical site teams. Your goal is to ensure that residential and commercial aircon/coldroom projects are scheduled efficiently and that our customers receive top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Scheduling

Technician Manpower Planning: Manage the daily deployment of technician teams for servicing, repair, and installation (e.g., VRV/VRF systems, Cold Rooms).

Route Optimization: Plan service routes across Singapore to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.

Parts & Inventory Management: Coordinate with suppliers to order spare parts (compressors, fan motors, refrigerants) and ensure the warehouse has sufficient stock for upcoming projects.

Project Support: Assist in preparing Work Orders, Site Survey reports, and safety-related documentation (e.g., Risk Assessments).

2. Customer Service & Sales Support

Inquiry Management: Respond to incoming service requests via Phone, WhatsApp, and Email.

Quotation Preparation: Draft and send professional quotations for ad-hoc repairs and yearly maintenance contracts.

Contract Management: Track and send automated reminders to clients for their scheduled quarterly maintenance.

Complaint Handling: Professionally manage service disputes or technical feedback, ensuring quick and fair resolutions.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Aircon, Construction, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) industry in Singapore.

Communication: Strong command of English. Ability to speak Mandarin or Malay is a significant advantage for communicating with senior technicians and diverse clients.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of air-conditioning systems (Split units, Cassette units, or Cold Room refrigeration cycles).

Soft Skills: Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and a problem-solver mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) is required.
