SINGGATE is a market leader in Singapore's smart home security industry. Due to our rapid expansion, we are hiring TWO Operations Executives to join our core team.
To ensure maximum focus and zero burnout, we have split the responsibilities into two specialized, independent tracks. We will match you to the path that best fits your strengths:
[Track A] Logistics & Scheduling Specialist (Focus: Installation routes, technician deployment, customer scheduling).
[Track B] Retail Operations & Recruitment Executive (Focus: Outlet standards, sales rosters, roadshow setup, talent hiring).
If you are on [Track A: Logistics & Scheduling]:
Route Planning: Optimize and arrange daily travel routes for our engineering teams to maximize efficiency.
Customer Liaison: Coordinate directly with customers to confirm or reschedule installation slots.
Job Allocation: Assign tasks to installers based on location, urgency, and technician capacity.
Real-time Support: Monitor daily installation progress and resolve unexpected scheduling conflicts.
Tech-Driven Efficiency: Use our smart digital tools and systems to make scheduling fast and seamless.
If you are on [Track B: Retail Operations & Recruitment]:
Retail Supervision: Oversee daily operations and standards across our retail outlets.
Sales Rostering: Plan and manage shift rosters for retail staff and promotional events.
Roadshow Coordination: Handle venue setups, logistics, and manpower planning for company roadshows.
End-to-End Recruitment: Post jobs, screen resumes, and interview candidates to help expand our sales, tech, and admin teams.
External Liaison: Coordinate with landlords, suppliers, event organizers, and government bodies when required.
Qualification: Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics Scheduling, Retail Supervision, Customer Service, or HR/Admin is highly valued. (Fresh graduates with a sharp mind are welcome).
Core Skills: Exceptional logical thinking, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Comfortable talking to customers, retail staff, and external partners.
Language: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with both English and Mandarin-speaking customers and internal team members).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic tools (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Lark). Open to using digital systems to reduce manual paperwork.
