Operations Culinary Executive - Materials Planner (Based in Tuas)

Job Description:

. Run the Central Kitchen Management System and SAP MM & PP modules

. Generate sales/production forecast and material requirement projection

. Create production orders and collect production results/data for system posting

. Work with various team to create and upkeep master data in systems

. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

. Min 3 year experience in operations planning and control

. Good knowledge of range of food materials, their supply chain, specification and quality

. Understanding of food preparation, cooking and packing processes

. Strong ability to anlayse data, plan operation, connect to execution and improve planning

. Familiar with SAP, MES and other manufacturing systems
