Job Title: Operations & Creative Media Associate (Part-Time)
Location: Singapore (Labrador Tower)
Commitment: Part-Time (Approx. 2-3 days per week / Flexible hours between 10am to 6pm, Weekdays only)

About the Role
Are you a multi-hyphenate creator looking to kickstart your career in the financial services industry We are looking for an energetic, organized, and digitally-native Operations & Creative Media Associate to join our growing team.
This is not your typical paper-pushing admin job. You will be the heartbeat of our office-blending professional client coordination with high-energy content creation. You will work closely with our leadership team to build our brand's digital presence while ensuring our daily operations run like clockwork.
What You'll Do
- Creative Content Production: Capture high-quality photos and videos during company events, team bonding activities, and seminars.
- Digital Storytelling: Transform raw footage into engaging Reels/TikToks using CapCut and design professional social media assets/marketing collateral using Canva.
- Workflow Management: Keep the team organized by managing tasks and project timelines through Trello.
- Client Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for customer service, including scheduling appointments and managing event registrations.
- General Administration: Assist with essential office operations to ensure a seamless experience for both our consultants and clients.
Who We're Looking For
- Tech & Media Savvy: Proficiency in Canva and CapCut is essential. A keen eye for aesthetics and social media trends is a huge plus.
- Organizational Whiz: Experience with (or a quick learner of) Trello and G-Suite. You should enjoy bringing order to a fast-paced environment.
- Commendable Communication: Comfortable speaking with clients and stakeholders you should have a service-oriented mindset.
