Duties
Due to growth, were looking for good customer service Operations Coordinator to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties:
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Handle phone calls and emails
Schedule and coordinate with Clients and Technicians for service appointments and follow ups
Handle customer complaints timely and follow up with department in charge to provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives. Follow up to ensure closure
Communicate effectively, maintain and establish close rapport with clients
Creating contracts and services into in-house programme and uploading of supporting documents
Monitor cash collection by technicians in your team
Check and compile service reports before sending to customers
Prepare invoices accurately prior to send out to customers
Attend to meeting with customers as and when required
Preparing of reports requested by customers as and when required
Perform all other ad-hoc duties as and when required
What Were Looking For
Operations Coordinator
Proficient in MS Office
Problem-solving with critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to be flexible, multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven nature with strong attention to detail
