Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in SharePoint Online, C#/.NET, Azure, and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise Sensitive Information Protection (SIP) solutions.

The candidate will work on secure content management, classification, sensitivity labeling, encryption, governance, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

Mandatory Skills

10+ years of overall software development experience.

8+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online/SharePoint development.

Strong C#, .NET/.NET Core, REST APIs, OOP and asynchronous programming.

Hands-on Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus, Application Insights.

Experience with Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Sensitivity Labels.

Knowledge of encryption, content classification, protected documents, and information governance.

SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript/JavaScript.

Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST APIs, Microsoft 365 integrations.

Strong SQL development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Azure DevOps, CI/CD and deployment automation.

Knowledge of IAM, authentication, API permissions, certificates/secrets, and least-privilege security.

Production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis experience.

Good to Have

Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) SDK.

Experience in SIP/DLP, Records Management, Information Governance or Compliance solutions.

Azure AI / Microsoft Copilot / GenAI.

Power BI.

Microsoft Azure/M365/Security/Power Platform certifications.

SonarQube, Black Duck or similar security/code-quality tools.

Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
