As our first team member, you will play a critical role in building operational processes, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery operations, including scheduling, route planning, and job allocation

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, updates, and service requests

• Liaise with drivers and partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery execution

• Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve operational issues

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, client instructions, and service performance

• Assist in developing and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Support basic data analysis and reporting to improve operational efficiency

• Ensure high standards of customer service, especially for premium or sensitive deliveries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Logistics, Business, or related field preferred)

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations coordination, customer service, or supply chain environments

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in an early-stage environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic data tracking tools

• Familiarity with last-mile delivery operations is an advantage
