Operations Associate, Investment Management

A well known investment management firm is looking to hire Investment Operations Associate to cover APAC. You will be responsible for the following

• Provide operational and administrative support for day-to-day activities across APAC.
• Manage onboarding workflows, including AML/KYC processes, and ensure timely delivery of client information.
• Act as the go-to person for operational queries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Support regional initiatives and projects, tracking deliverables and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with global teams on strategic projects and process improvements.

Bachelor with 3-7 years of work experience in operations working with asset management firm or outsourced service providers.
