Job Description:
We are a corporate secretarial and compliance advisory company supporting international entrepreneurs and SMEs setting up and operating in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate corporate and administrative processes
- Liaise with banks, accounting partners, and government agencies (IRAS, ACRA, SAL) for ongoing company maintenance matters
- Maintain accurate tracking tables and internal databases
- Support management and directors in daily operational, administrative, and coordination tasks
- Coordinate office matters and act as the main point of contact for the Singapore office.
Job Requirements:
- Hybrid job (Work from Office and Home)
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in corporate services, admin or operations is preferred
- Reliable, communicative, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work independently, follow through, and meet deadlines.
