You will be deployed to work exclusively for our client, who is a freight forwarder based in Singapore. They have been in operations for about 30 years & is well established, serving many well-known companies and airlines.
Job Description:
The Operations Associate will assist with the electronic execution of shipments and export permit declarations.
Working Hours
Mondays to Fridays 8 am to 5 pm
Saturdays 8 am to 12 nn
Working Location - Work from Office
South Kedoya, West Jakarta
Key Responsibilities:
1.Documentation Management
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
- Ensure all paperwork complies with international trade regulations and company policies.
2.Coordination with Suppliers
- Liaise with the Singapore team to confirm shipment details and schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
3. Software Utilisation
- Use Samsung NERP and CELLO software to track shipments, manage inventory, and process orders.
- Input and update shipment data accurately in the systems.
4. Permit Lodging
- Lodge the necessary export permits to facilitate smooth shipping processes.
5. Invoicing
- Complete invoicing in the system and ensure accurate billing for shipments.

- Proficient in English. Able to read and communicate effectively
