Job Description
- Process and manage distributor compensation and payment requests accurately
- Ensure timely execution of payments in line with operational SLAs
- Handle income statement requests and distributor-related queries
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies
- Develop and enhance reporting tools using Excel and automation techniques
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects
- Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance testing
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Associate, Compensation Should Have
- Degree qualified with 2+ years of experience in financial services or operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with VBA is advantageous
- Experience in payments, compensation, or finance operations
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
