Job Description

• Process and manage distributor compensation and payment requests accurately
• Ensure timely execution of payments in line with operational SLAs
• Handle income statement requests and distributor-related queries
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies
• Develop and enhance reporting tools using Excel and automation techniques
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects
• Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance testing

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate, Compensation should have:

• Degree qualified with 2+ years of experience in financial services or operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel experience with VBA is advantageous
• Experience in payments, compensation, or finance operations
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
